All shipping is performed Monday - Friday and does not include civic holidays and/or major carrier holiday schedules. All shipping costs are paid for by Happy Brace Co.
Custom Knee Braces
Custom braces arrive at our offices within 5-7 business days. We will contact you once the brace arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
Cold Therapy
Cold Therapy Units will arrive at your door within 1-2 business days. Shipping delays can occur with Purolator or FedEx due to weather or procedural issues. Happy Brace Co. cannot be responsible for these types of delays. If your package has not arrived within 3 business days, please contact Happy Brace Co. at 613-491-2300.
Off-the-Shelf
Off-the-shelf products arrive at your door within 1-2 business days. If you order a product that we do not carry in our warehouse, we will need to order your product from our manufacturer. If this is the case, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Invoicing
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Custom Knee Braces
You have two options when paying for your custom knee brace. You can pay the full amount when the brace is ordered, or pay 50% when the brace is ordered and 50% upon delivery.
All invoices are issued once the full amount has been paid.
