If you have your prescription handy, please email us a photo or scan copy of your prescription. You can also fax your prescription to us (613-736-4308).
Step 2 – We will answer all of the questions you may have about the product you are looking for, and send you a quote, if required.
Step 3 – If you plan to receive a reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage information.
Step 4 – Contact Happy Brace Co. to process your order. We can process all payments over the phone and accept Visa, Master Card, eTransfer, or certified cheque.
PLEASE NOTE – The only items that require a fitting are our custom knee braces. All other items can be ordered without a fitting.
Step 5 – We will send you a confirmation email with your invoice and receipt, along with any other information you will need to know regarding your purchase. You can submit this invoice and receipt, along with your prescription, to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
